Mechanismus Presents Faderhead

Pixelpussy plays its first show of 2012 in a big way…opening up for L-Tracks recording artist FADERHEAD!!!  Joining us for this show is Graver Zeit out of Spokane, and headlining is this little act from Germany named Faderhead you might have heard about, who will be playing the Emerald City for the first time EVER!  Tickets are on sale at Chop Suey’s website and they’ll also be given away to a couple lucky people at the next Dark Industry Night on March 15th at Mercury @ Machineworks!

Thank you, MECHaNISMz!

What a show!  What a fucking show!

I’d like to thank Shane Talada of MECHaNISMz for allowing Pixelpussy to be a part of their closing night.  Also would like to thank W.A.S.T.E. and Machine Kampf for playing incredible shows as well.  Once again, I’d also like to thank Nik Reyes for once again adding the dirty shit to the sound like he did at the Klub Terminal show.  Everyone here needs to check out his project Liquidate!  And most importantly, thank you all who came out to the show last night to not only support underground music but to give this awesome club the sendoff it deserves!

In other news, I am pleased to announce that Pixelpussy will be featured on the next Das Bunker compilation scheduled for release in the second half of 2011.  This should coincide with the projected release of the second album, “Das Mewntz”.  Also, I am working on a remix for Puerto Rican noize specialist Dacaboya as well as an exclusive submission for the next Electronic Saviors compilation.  Speaking of which, congratulations to Jim Semonik for the first Electronic Saviors release achieving gold status!

More to come in the next few weeks as the 2011 schedule will be announced.  In the meantime, Pixelpussy will be throwing its full support behind the release of label-mate Noiz+Zilenth‘s debut on MoonSlave Radio called “Methamorfika”, which will be released late January 2011.  While you’re waiting, check out MoonSlave’s online shop to buy “This Is Meower Noise” as well as CODE 000‘s release “Secret Societies.  You can also find these two albums on iTunes, Napster, eMusic, AmazonMP3, Rhapsody, and other major digital music sources!

Until then, meow!  =^.^=

New Show, plus Das Mewntz!

Posted in News, Shows on November 17, 2010 by Daemon Chadeau

First off, thank you all for supporting Pixelpussy throughout this coming year. Two months away from the year anniversary of this project’s birth, and coming up next month the 8-Bitty Kitty will be performing at MECHaNISMz’s final night. This will clearly be the biggest show to date, as joining me on the bill is MACHINE KAMPF and this little noize project called W.A.S.T.E. (you may have heard of ’em). It’s gonna be a cheap show at a cheap bar, and it’ll be an awesome one!

Also, I have begun working on the second release, which will be titled “Das Mewntz”. In addition to having a bit more of an electro-noize feel, I will also be collaborating with a few different people on the project as well. More info to come, but in the meantime I still have the album that started it all “This Is Meower Noise” available at the MoonSlave Radio online store and on all major digital music stores like iTunes, eMusic, Napster, AmazonMP3, Rhapsody, & more!

I’m also gearing up for the 2011 season, and keeping my schedule open as life takes me. If you wanna book Pixelpussy, send an email to

Until next time, MEOW!!!

Pixelpussy LIVE debut performance @ Klub Terminal

Posted in News, Shows on July 13, 2010 by Daemon Chadeau

Some news worth mentioning.  Pixelpussy will be playing the first LIVE show since I started the project!  The show will be hosted by KLUB TERMINAL on Sunday, August 1st! There will be another band playing (to be named later), plus I’ll also be spinning noize alongside DJ Madin as well (like I do every Sunday night)!  It’s held at My Maria’s place on 17847 Lakewood Blvd. right near the border of Lakewood and Bellflower across the street from the Norm’s near Rose Ave.  The venue’s a bit of a dive but that means the drinks are super cheap and strong, and the venue has a lot of free parking as well!  Hope you can come out and witness history!

Also, the album has been getting a lot of good reviews.  Thank you for the feedback and if you haven’t given any feedback please do so!  Also, if you haven’t purchased it, why not?  It’s on Amazon, iTunes, eMusic, and on the MoonSlave Radio store!

I’ve also been working on new stuff for the second album as well (because creation never stops).  If enough people come on out I might even just premier some of that new stuff too.  You know what you have to do!

Tell your friends!  Share the Facebook page!  Share the ReverbNation page!  Stay up to date on everything coming up, as there are some interesting things coming up on the horizon!

That’s it for now.  Until next time, meow!  =^.^=
